Alberto Buratti grew up among his grandfather's vines in Rovolon, on a quiet stretch of the Colli Euganei. A nudge from his uncle Marco of Farnea set him on the path of low-intervention wine, and after a detour through art history in Padova and an art markets Masters in Milano, he came back to take over the family farm in 2019.

The north-facing vineyards cover 3.2 hectares of volcanic hills with sedimentary, marly soils and vines up to eighty years old. A special terroir that does most of the heavy lifting, allowing Alberto to farm organically and keep things lo-fi in the cellar.

Alongside Cabernet, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Glera, he tends to rarer local varieties like Corbinello, Moscato Giallo, and Serprina. He's also recently planted an orchard to play with grape and fruit blends. You'll be hard pressed to find wines as vibrant elsewhere.
