On the more classic side of Espera's range, the Castelão comes from three different plots, with vine age spanning between 50 and 100 years. The grapes see 10 days of maceration with 20% included as whole bunch, which keeps the end product lithe and lifted. There's a thirst-quenching cherry-cola vibe to this with a touch of minerality and a supple texture. Crying out for the ice bucket. ABV: 12.5%
