I am a sucker for some serious, aged Chablis, and Vaillons is a little 1er I happen to be fond of too. Everything has integrated, all golden, nutty, savoury. Quite something. If you've never had an aged Chablis, this is a pretty good place to start. Pretty keen pricing for something that's only just passed the legal drinking age.
