Raphael Saint-Cyr, the fourth generation of vignerons in the family, took the reins at the domaine in 2008. He committed to converting the estate to organic after witnessing the damage that chemicals did to his father's and grandfather's health - today, the 23 hectare domaine is one of the largest organic estates in Beaujolais.
