Tucked away in the industrial park as you exit Arbois to the north, Michel-Henri and Françoise Ratte are busy crafting extremely pure, clean, topped up Jurassic expressions in their new cellar. We are delighted to be importing their gear. As you'll see from the tasting notes, we like the wines, a lot. All farming is organic, with plenty of old vine material in some of the appellation's prime vineyards. Vinification and maturation is entirely in stainless steel, and the cellar is spotless.
