The often overlooked grape gets a serious upgrade after a short spell in the Frick cellar. No sulphur and slightly oxidative handling render a savoury and mineral take. Wildly intoxicating, the fruit golden and almost bruised, salty and savoury. Despite all that, there's still great tension and charm. Unusual, but when did Frick ever play by the rules.  ABV: 12%
