Domaine Moreau-Naudet, Chablis 1er Cru 'Vaillons' 2021

Vaillons is very much a place we want to be when drinking in Chablis. This is zesty and refreshing with pears and orange zest leading the charge. Backed up by white flowers, baked bread with a pure saline finish. Drinking like a dream atm but time will only serve this well. I don't blame you for popping the cork now though, it's what I'll be doing. ABV: 12%
