Silly silly good. Incredible purity of fruit, herbal intrigue, and a stunning structure. This is far from your typical dense and overworked CdP. Yes, there is southern sunkissed fruit but there is so much freshness and lift you rarely find from the appellation. An utter joy to drink.  ABV: 14.5%

*2023 has seen an extra year in bottle and is softening wonderfully.

*2024 was a tough year, yields down massively, by almost 80%, so very little to go around but concentration is off the charts.
