Litaud works on a small plot of just five hectares of organically farmed vines in Pouilly Fuissé and Saint Véran. Her annual production is minute, and her work is incredibly hands-on and precise. After training with legends such as Ganevat, there is a clear Jura-esque quality about her cuvées, with a signature saline minerality running deep throughout all her wines. This lightness of touch is rarely found in Burgundy and as a result these wines have become increasingly hard to come by. Drinking beautifully now, but will age with grace too.
