From the first presses of grapes picked over three passes in 12 days focused on the upper part of the vineyard, where Jean-Marie noted the acidity was “remarkable”. He wasn't joking, this might be the best Tri de Chavigne ever made... IMO, Guffens has set a new bar with these 2023 releases. Speechless. ABV: 13.5%
