Domaine Durrmann, Sylvaner 2023

It recently dawned on me that we don't have any Sylvaner and I had to put a stop to that real quick. On recent visits to Alsace, this grape has often been outshining its Riesling counterparts with ease. I'm big into this expression. Orange blossom aromatics but with a herbal, savoury side that I'm really into. A tiny bit of phenolic grip keeps you coming back for more, and more, and more. ABV: 12.5%
