Pinot Noir grown over Sandstone and Schist. 2023 was warm, but cooler than 2022. This has heaps of bright juicy summer pudding fruit underpinned by a nice mineral core. All done in stainless, without any additions for a wine that is joyous now but will only settle into itself with more time. ABV:11.9%
