Four generations of the Paquereau family have been working this land since 1900, with viticulture becoming the sole focus when Albert and Odile took over in 1973. Brothers Cyrille and Sylvain stepped up in the early 2000s to run the domaine together, and with them came a new level of ambition.

The estate covers nearly 55 hectares, almost half devoted to Melon de Bourgogne alongside 14 other varieties. Albert and Odile had always farmed with care, but it was the next generation who pushed things further. Conversion to organics began in 2011, their first certified Muscadet winning an award and spurring them on to convert the entire domaine. All whites certified from 2020, reds from 2021.
