Julien Mareschal has quietly gone about making a stellar name for himself since establishing Domaine de la Borde in 2003. The estate is run according to organic and biodynamic principles with vine age averaging 30 years. A hands-off approach to winemaking ensures these wines speak very clearly of terroir.
