Terres Mêlées = mixture of soils. Merci, mon French GCSE! The terres in question are Les Mees, Val Ligé and La Fontaine du Noyer, and the wine is fermented in a mixture of barrel and stainless. The nose draws you in immediately, with a co-mingling of juicy peaches, cherries and plums, with sweet honey notes, dried flowers and baking spices all adding their two cents. Or two centimes, as the case may be. Elegant, fresh and mineral, this is basically just yum. ABV 12.5%
