Had this in Paris recently (don't even worry about it) and it blew the top of my head off. Rich, vinous, gastronomic Champagne par excellence. 50/50 Chardy/Pinot taken from the domaine's ten plots, 40% vinified in Burg barrels and the remainder in stainless. The name is a nod to the cuvée symbolising the launch of the estate, and what an estate it is. Incredibly precise, pure citrus fruited with a touch of brioche and a long, mineral finish. Treat urself, you know you want to. ABV 12.5%
