What some producers call 'entry-level' never ceases to amaze me, but here we are - another top drawer bottling that's just the beginning of what this estate can do. The most open and immediately approachable of their wines, but that's not to say this is simple - there's precise orchard and pear fruit from the off, with a mineral backbone and a lick of beautifully integrated residual sugar. Just crying out for a plate of something spicy. ABV: 13%
