The inaugural vintage for this bottling with the fruit being used to make Rosie Red last year. Still lithe and light but with concentration dialed up. The name is a little nod to the sandy, south-facing parcel planted in the '60s where the fruit comes from. This lends an ethereal nature and a silky texture for extreme drinkability. Pinot but with the vertical acidity of a good white! Stunning and smile-inducing. A small decant or some swirling helps to open this up. ABV: 12%
