Hectic in the best sense. Extended time on skins plus a bit of time in barrel under flor leads to a very multidimensional bottle. At once tropical and tangy before diving straight into savoury and salty, courtesy of that oxidative kiss. Somehow keeps everything nicely balanced and remains insanely refreshing.
