Dappled, 'Les Vergers' Chardonnay 2022/3

The Les Verges vineyard was planted in the early 90's, with own rooted vines growing on rich red volcanic soils. Its a bit shy at first but my lord when it goes it truly goes. The fruit power is very apparent, in the green orchard spectrum, backed up by zinging acidity and smokey, fennel spice cut. A stunnerm for the mid to long term. ABV: 13%
