Here Gamay takes a short and sweet bath in the free run juice from the 'Adam Contre le Beefsteack'. Deeper in colour and with a little more heft than 2022. Still Sage though so expect crunchy, bright fruit with a devilishly moreish lick of acid. Gamay bringing a mineral core, Pinot supporting with it fruit! ABV: 11%
