Dalamara’s vineyards are located in an area called Paliokalias, in the foothills of mount Vermion, where the vines get to bake in the sun for most of the day. The plantings are primarily Xinomavro. The winery is now run by Kostis, a sixth-generation vigneron, who introduced organics, spontaneous fermentation and reduced sulphur adds when he took over the helm in 2010.
