Fruit from around Montbenault in the Anjou. You don't get much better site wise for Chenin Blanc. I was very keen to get this in, having drunk my weight in Poïèsis (Lejeune's other Chenin bottling) in recent times. A tad riper here, more tropical, but with that scintillating acid line that's something of a producer speciality. Insanely good drinking, cannot wait to sink my teeth into another bottle. ABV: 13%
