If I'm gonna be drinkin' Sauvignon Blanc, it's gotta be good. This is very good. This leans more into the mineral side of the grape whilst showing that classic acidity, only enhanced by the limestone, and a decent bit of texture. Food friendly but also a candiate for splashin' around. ABV: 14%
