People say natural wine can't age. I dread to think what the naysayers will make of this. Well over a decade old and it tastes like it could have been bottled yesterday. So pure, so vibrant. I was lucky enough to sink a few bottles with Jacques recently, and this is truly one of the better things to ever pass my lips. It's making me emotional just thinking about it.
