Fruit for the Bird comes from Pipers River, up in the north and is a ripping juxtaposition to the home turf wines from Chatto. Far more fine boned structure here, almost skeletal at first, before fleshing out with air. It'll be even better after a short rest in a dark room. Really perfumed and refreshing in a mountain air kind of way. ABV: 14%
