Charlie Herring wines are made by Tim Phillips in a walled garden in Hampshire, England. A magical place. Tim, gained experience in South Africa, France, and New Zealand, before he returned home to plant a tiny vineyard around an old greenhouse, where he now crafts small batches of expressive, characterful wines under the Charlie Herring label. Everything is done by hand, from vineyard to bottle, with a clear focus on letting the unique site shine. Expect wines that are quietly complex, experimental, and always full of soul.
