What a wine! Give this a little decant to blow off the spritz on opening (traditional for Freisa in these parts) and then revel in the tertiary glory of Mascarello. Sweet cherry and sour cranberry fruit with a light frame of tannin just starting to melt away. Rustic yet refined. Pasta please. ABV: 12.5%
