Vibe: Natural, lighter, classic

100% Nero d'Avola, with the fruit coming off a sandy, chalk based vineyard at 270m of altitude. This ain't your standard Nero, but you probably already knew that. Fruitful exuberance thanks to whole berry fermentation, with a tonne of depth. There's a good kick of acid too, keeping everything in check. Wonderful. ABV: 12%
