Looks like a rose, drinks like a white? Super interesting stuff here. The Vardisperi used for this wine is a pink skinned mutation, which gives it that beautiful colour. 5-6 months on skins followed by 18 months of elevage, all in qvevri. Super complex on the nose, watermelon rind, bay leaves and rasberries. Amazing minerality on the palate with that classic dried fruit thing we know and love. Yummy. ABV: 13%
