Super easy Georgian gear. Tannin is kept to a minimum for maximum chug-ability. Grapes are directly pressed into qvevri where ferments and ages for a year. Followed by a 3 month slumber in stainless to settle everything. Tinned pinapples and granny smith apples on both the nose and the palate. Georgian wine of the highest order. ABV: 13%
