The more serious Pinot of the pair. Half was directly pressed whilst the other half was destemmed and macerated for 12 days. Deeper and darker but still with the same energetic core. This feels like a more earthy, mineral expression with riper red berries and just a touch of funk. Delicious. ABV: 13%
