Grignolino from Piedmont happily vinified down in the Auvergne. It nails that herbal, savoury vibe the Italians do so well while keeping a nice core of fruit. Rich enough to impress your old man, but fresh enough to never feel like a chore. I really, really want to see this with some age. I also really, really want to drink this now with a big ol' plate of pasta. The catch? Quantities are super limited, so I’ll have to pick one. The rest are for you! Bonus, this is the last set of bottles that will be painted, using up the last dregs from the paint tins before they switch to labels. A collectors item if that's your thing. ABV: 14.5%
