The coolest single site Chardo, sitting at 560 to 620 metres. Fruit ripens nice and slow here, all whilst retaining plenty of acid. Tightly coiled and tense, but give this a moment to flesh out and you’ll get everything you want in your Chardonnay. Sea spray, nutty, and plenty of pristine green fruit. All I'm saying is, you don't get value like this in France... ABV: 13%
