England + Wales Delivery Information

This applies if you're outside of Central London!

All orders placed before 2:30pm Monday to Friday are shipped on a Next Business Day service with Parcelforce. So, orders placed after 2:30pm on a Thursday will be delivered the following Monday. Please note that whilst we endeavour to, and ship on a next business day shipping schedule, we cannot guarantee next day delivery as third party delays are out of our control.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email from Parched when your order is packed, as well as both text and email updates from Parcelforce with your delivery tracking on the morning of the day of delivery. Please note, due to the contents of the parcels, the wines cannot be sent to local post offices for collection. The parcels cannot be requested to be left outside in a 'safe place' and must be signed for on delivery.

Shipping is free for orders over £80, otherwise the flat rate is £6.50

We offer a Saturday delivery service with Parcelforce, the flat rate of this is £23. Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before 2:30pm on a Friday.

We cannot guarantee next day delivery and due to the nature of shipping wine there can be breakages. If your parcel is delayed, you don't receive it or there was an issue with delivery please email us at wine@parched.wine and we will chase it up on our end!

Isle of White + Isle of Mann

The flat shipping rate is £13.50 per order for the Isle of White, and £22.50 for the Isle of Mann. Unfortunately due to the increased costs of shipping to these Islands, free shipping does not apply.
