Primo Cool-Aid

G’day,
A couple of high end offerings, followed by some tasty sweet things to finish, thanks in advance :)
Terrible day to be a bottle of primo Chenin-B, ain’t it.
We’ve just unpacked and launched our beautiful allocation of white wine which will surely outlive us all from the legendary Coulee de Serrant over in the Loire. It made for thirsty work, so said allocation has been taxed a couple of bottles by yours truly (one of the best parts about being a father now is crafting a collection of 2023 bottlings under the guise of things to drink later with my daughter but are in reality things I will hopefully drink whenever I want - hopefully she never reads this…).
These are benchmark in the best way. Proprietor Nicolas Joly is an outspoken, pioneering bloke in one of the most traditional sub-regions of this ancient producing region. In a world where we always just want the next hot thang, his is an enduring presence, testament to the quality of stewardship in the cellar, but more importantly their dogmatic approach to bio-farming. In the land of Chateaux the Serrant vineyards present a wildness that shows through in the electric nature of the fermented grape juice. Fark, just took another one to sip through whilst I watch my brethren further dismantle the Proteas tomorrow at Lords. Grab some for yourself right ere.
Speaking of hot things, a micro-drop of hectic cuvees from Cedric Bouchard just wandered in, I’d be stoked to personally pack these up, off you go…
Sweet things don’t come much sweeter than having your Tarot read (is that the right expression?) in the midst of a wine tasting. If this sounds like your dream come true, which apparently it was for a large amount of people earlier this week, then we have you sorted. Megan from That Witch will be back with us early next month for an evening of cosmic vibes and hopefully good news for everyone’s futures. The final spots are available by clicking the lovely link below. Cya there, maybe our stars will be aligned
