HAPPY ANNIVERSARY n Stuff

by Megan Jones

Morning,

Don’t worry, this is the last week of me for the foreseeable, Megan is back from her walk in the USA and hopefully ready to write.

So…

Who is Ken? Is there even a Ken? Who knows. That’s one secret I’ll never tell xoxo. Either way, we’ve just galloped into a second year of trading down on the lovely Exmouth Market. What a year, just a bit gone on, and what better way to celebrate than ripping corks out of hard-to-get bottles and eating really-nice-food. Join us this Saturday for a day and night of hedonistic pleasure. Reservations are highly recommended if you want to dine, particularly in the evening but the doors will be open all arvo for sipping and we’re leaving all the outside tables free for a bit of a first in best dressed classic rush. Pray for sun!

Wine™ for the Wine Bro’s and Shiela’s now, at dan’s we received a scintillating allocation of Charles Lachaux which because the producer is a classic Burgundian we are not allowed to sell retail, are priced seductively (in relative terms) for consumption on site. Please don’t bother asking if we can sell for takeaway, because we can’t. Just come down to the bar, whisper Charles Lachaux into the ear of your wino and we’ll lead you to the promised land. Great time for mortgage rates to drop hey………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

Finally, a final call for tickets for tomorrow nights wine fuelled shindig with Sailor Seeks Horse and Giant Steps. If you feel like consuming nice wine and being spoken to by lovely people on a beautiful late summers evening then click the image below and do the thing. The guys from Sal’s we also be down chopping up mighty fine tartate (thirst trap also below). There are no bookings or anything for this, its very much just rock up, grab the tartare and grab the fine wine. Hope to see youse all there.

That’s me, you be you

x

Dan
