Chardonnay from three separate sites in and around Rotalier, you know, that little village where wine royalty like Ganevat and Labet come from? Anyway, for those not in the know this is where you want to be. After the initial mineral reduction blows off ripe, almost candied citrus starts to unfurl itself. Layers upon layers of complexity see us out in the long, mouth-watering finish.  ABV: 13%
