Ever wanted to be the friend that gets handed the wine list at the restaurant? The one that everyone goes to when they need to know which bottle to buy to pair with their scallops? Want to feel generally superior to everyone else?

This week we're exploring Central Europe. Ever heard of a little grape called Riesling? How about a little country called Hungary? There's some absolute bangers coming out of Austria, Germany, Slovenia et al, and you're gonna want to hear all about them. Trust me. You'll be sipping on four tasting glasses while you ask all the things you ever wanted to know but were too afraid to ask.
