Wine 4 Dummies is back for round three! 

Ever wanted to be the friend that gets handed the wine list at the restaurant? The one that everyone goes to when they need to know which bottle to buy to pair with their scallops? Want to feel generally superior to everyone else?

Got a giant leg of gammon chilling in the freezer that you're just dying to cook? Ordering Chinese but don't know what to drink with it? Got aspirations of being the kind of person that throws dinner parties? We're here 4 u! This week we'll be covering the basics of pairing your food with your wine, what goes with fat, with acid, with umami (we'll maybe even explain what umami actually is). You'll be sipping on four tasting glasses while you ask all the things you ever wanted to know but were too afraid to ask.
