Westwell, Pinot Meunier Multi Vintage

Mulit vintage can be considered as a somewhat premium non-vintage fizz due to it being a choice blend from certain years. Whatever, you want to call this it is straight up delicious.  Meunier from '19 and '20 'is gently pressed. '21 saw the addition of fermenting juice before bottling at the correct sugar level. No additions, disgorged with no dosage. Rose gold and floral on the nose, in the palate this is all yellow plum. It would be unfathomably good with salmon or trout or for breakfast. ABV: 10.5%
