Thomas Jacquin gained his winemaking nouse in Burgundy, before spending five years working under the legendary Stéphane Tissot. His own project started in 2017, with a teeny two hectares across Arbois and Poligny, which he now tends alongside helping out Alice Bouvot of Domaine de l'Octavin in the cellar. All Thomas' work is biodynamic, and his style is straightforward and no-nonsense, using scarcely any equipment, to produce wines with soul, character, and great ageing potential.
