Theo Coles founded the winery in Canterbury, New Zealand in 2012 and has quickly announced himself as one of the most exciting producers in this neck of the woods. The vineyards have been naturally farmed since the first vintage and most cuvées see zero additions. This part of the world is often associated with mass produced, overly tropical wines, but here Theo is cutting against the grain and his skin-fermented Sauvignon will convert even the most sceptical.
