100% whole bunches on this one, with a bit more ripeness on the fruit front, La Montagne being a touch warmer than the other sites expertly put out by Pataille. Floral at the moment, although starting to show some of that fungal, wet earth stuff that becomes hauntingly good over time. ABV: 12.5%
