Two vintages joining forces here for a complex, intriguing bottling. The '20 was done in foudre and the '21 went into new-ish Austrian oak. Tonnes of petrol at the fore followed by rich, ripe fruit and eyewatering acidity, plus some gentle toastiness from the oak that only adds to the overall drinking pleasure. There's even a tiny spritz upon opening. One for those who are easily bored! ABV: 11.5%
