Staffelter Hof, Kröv Steffensberg Gege 2018

This comes from the domaine's top vineyard, and leans back towards more classic winemaking, although again this estate is far ahead of most other producers in the region in terms of minimising sulphur use. You can really feel the age on this one, it's incredibly developed, floral, petrol-y and limey with honeyed fruit gliding alongside. Just  straight up delicious. ABV: 12%
