Sfera’s mission, in their own words, is to bring ‘cosmic verve in a litre bottle from the Alps to the Mediterranean’. I can get on board with that! They work with a list of trusted growers across Italy, producing an Italian take on the classic quaffable ‘vin de soif’ made popular in France. Each cuvée has limited production and is made from the grapes of one single grower, to solidify the link between the terroir and the wine. These are wines meant to be parked in the middle of the dinner table and splashed around. Get on it!
