Originally both from New South Wales, a shared passion for food and wine led them to the Barossa. For Emma, she found work in the local hospitality scene and Andy ended up helping out as a harvest hand at Rockford in the winery. The experience here helped him get in the door of other classic Barossa producer Henschke, where he still works as part of the wine making team. However, their goal was always to produce wine themselves. Wines which captured their growing beliefs and that, in their mind, what the region that they had grown to call home could truly produce.
