Puro Rofe, ‘Rofe Blanco’ 2023

I can't get enough of volcanic whites. Seriously, can't stop buying 'em. But I had to have this. It's is a blend of the three white grapes the producer grows, vinified in a combination of old barrels, sherry buttes and stainless steel. The fruit is ripe, rich and concentrated but all kept in check by deep minerality and smokiness. ABV: 12.5%
