Puro Rofe, ‘Chupadero' 2021

Chupadero is actually the name of the volcano these 200 year old vines are planted inside. Like, inside the crater. That's pretty metal. Aged for nine months in an old sherry cask, this is mouthwatering - seriously concentrated fruit (old vines, hello?) and notes of mandarin, and pear, with a beautiful round texture. Woof. ABV: 12.5%
